About the Case

Leon Brown’s case was in Formal Inquiry with the Commission. In July of 2014, the Commission staff met with the parties to discuss their ongoing investigation and the parties decided to present the Commission’s investigation at an upcoming Motion for Appropriate Relief Hearing.
