The Honorable Jason Disbrow

Judge Jason C. Disbrow is the Senior Resident Superior Court Judge for Brunswick County (District 13B).

Prior to joining the bench, Judge Disbrow practiced criminal, domestic, and civil law for over 17 years in southeastern North Carolina.  Judge Disbrow served as a district court judge for approximately 4 ½ years prior to becoming a superior court judge in December of 2020.  He has been assigned to three judge panels as a Superior Court Judge, as well as complex civil cases and multiple medical malpractice cases.

Judge Disbrow has resided in Brunswick County for 25 years.  He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from N.C. State University (1994) and his JD from N.C. Central University School of Law (1998).  Judge Disbrow and his wife Kristie, reside in Southport, NC.  They have two children, Hogan, a financial advisor in Southport, and Ford, a sophomore at Davidson College.
