Siobhan Petracca

Siobhan Petracca joined the NC Innocence Inquiry Commission in May 2024 as a Grant Staff Attorney working on federal grants for cases with DNA components. She obtained her B.A. in History from Queens University of Charlotte. She went on to graduate from Elon University School of Law in December 2023. During law school Siobhan was involved with the Pro Bono Board and worked as a MLK Intern at Legal Aid of North Carolina, a student resident at the North Carolina Department of Justice: Education Section, and as a Judicial Clerk Intern in the New York State Appellate Division First Department.

Siobhan is admitted to practice law in North Carolina.
